Stand Strong - A Life Skills Programme
Many children experience bullying or physical conflict, and they deserve the skills to navigate these challenges with confidence. Stand Strong is a three-part programme that empowers students to build self-belief, learn practical tools, and understand how TaeKwon-Do principles can help them stay safe. Through awareness, resilience, and smart decision-making, students learn to make positive choices using the full range of tools TaeKwon-Do offers.

Warrior Program - Building Strong Foundations for Young Warriors
The Warrior Programme is a nurturing and confidence-building introduction to Taekwon-Do for children aged five and six. Created specifically for young learners, it provides a positive first experience in children’s martial arts within a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
The programme focuses on building strong foundations by developing balance, coordination, focus, and self-confidence through engaging, age-appropriate training. Classes are designed to feel natural and enjoyable, helping children learn essential Taekwon-Do skills while having fun and staying motivated.
At the heart of the Warrior Programme is a belief that progress matters more than perfection. Every child is supported to learn at their own pace, allowing confidence to grow alongside physical ability. This supportive approach ensures that each Warrior feels valued, capable, and proud of their achievements.
As children progress into our main Taekwon-Do classes, they do so feeling prepared, empowered, and confident in their abilities. While this early stage may be small in age, it plays a powerful role in shaping a resilient, confident, and happy journey through Phoenix Taekwon-Do.
Stand Strong Part 1 - Anti-Bullying Program
This was the first stage of our three-part program, designed to help young people build real-world confidence and practical life skills. During the session, students learned how to recognise unkind behaviour early, remain calm under pressure, and use confident body language and voice skills to protect themselves without escalating situations.
The 14 students who took part thoroughly enjoyed the session and left feeling more aware, better prepared, and more in control. We are thrilled with the success of this first stage and look forward to continuing this momentum in the next session.
